Philosophy:
When it comes to our health, many people know WHAT they are “supposed” to do, but can’t quite execute it in their lives. We all need help, education, and support. That’s what I’m here for. When I consult with people about making changes to their menu and lifestyle, what I’m really interested in is what they can and are ready to do once, once again, then again, and sustain it. I listen for what is said between the lines. Is it self-esteem, time management, social worries, family dynamics or something else that is driving a behavior? Once we shed a little light on it (education and practical tools), our chances of success skyrocket! When we are successful with a small step, but one that we are willing to do once, then again, and again, that’s real progress over the long haul. Each “small” change sustained over our lifetime supports our vitality which adds up to enormous long-term success. Discovering solutions that work in YOUR life and improve your health is both empowering and exciting!
